While our department was actively hosting our annual Gun Bash fundraiser, Truck 24 responded to a reported stove fire in Cabron’s fire district in Hempfield Township.

The Truck arrived first due and encountered a working house fire, with visible fire showing from the “D Side” of the residence. The crew quickly initiated a primary search of the home to ensure no occupants were inside. After completing the search, firefighters transitioned to fire suppression.

Despite the challenge of balancing emergency response with our ongoing fundraiser, our dedicated members responded swiftly and professionally to protect lives and property.
